Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff as positives. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, deteriorated bathrooms, and poor hygiene. Several guests also mention maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures and keycard problems. While some appreciate the value and comfort, others feel the hotel does not meet expectations for the price, especially due to the outdated facilities and lack of upkeep.
