Pros (+) The personel was very nice, polite and interested in helping us out
Cons (-) The manager or owner was quite impersonal, categorical and non negocialble concerning his response to our accidental breakage of à medium size, common,glass lampshde that broke falling to the floor. This accident cost us 100$C for the replacement. He or she did not even botherded speaking to us directly.
