Pros (+) The bed was newer, wood laminate floors instead of nasty old carpet.
Cons (-) No one at the front desk, for 10 minutes after calling, looking around... eventually some lady came out of room.

Cons (-) Staff was mean and when I had my reservation at 3 it wasn't ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready
