Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was big and tasty
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Where to start? The staff were all amazing. When we arrived we were given mint tea and sweets. Ferdi then sat down with us and gave us loads of information about Marrakech, where to go, best places to eat etc. He provided us with an annotated map with the best routes highlighted. He was available on whatsapp if we ever needed to contact him. The food was great and big portions. Anything we needed throughout our stay, the staff helped us, for example, when booking trips. The riad is located in a residential part of the medina, so easy to walk to the sights. The staff provided a personal 5 star service, and were all so friendly and helpful.
Cons: There were no negatives about our stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, hot water worked well (first time this happens since I’m in Marrakech), very clean and friendly staff. Plus, kickass rooftop :)
Cons: Nothing, really.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and made our holiday experience an exceptional one
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Cons: We felt we were part of a family during our short (4 nights) stay. The owner, Ferdi, was so informative about places to see, eat etc. The Riad is in the heart of a 'non-tourist' souk so you experience the real deal. Amazing local fresh breads, nuts, a fantastic tiny cafe serving the best tagine you'll ever taste for £4. Riad spotlessly clean, new towels daily, tea served any time , fabulous top floor terrace with views of the city. We'll be back Ferdi.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Ferdi the owner gave us invaluable information when we arrived. He was able to book any tours we wanted and our visit to the Haman. He made the stay easy and stress free. The staff in the Riad were so helpful and friendly.Nothing seemed to much trouble for them. The Riad is well located around a 30 minute walk to to areas of interest. There is a lovely rooftop terrace for sitting out. The interior is very cosy and comfortable. It’s great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: I can’t think of anything negative
Good 7.1
Pros: The staff
Cons: Used sheets

Excellent 9.6
Pros: The buffet could be richer with more salads and vegetables. I found it relatively medium compared to breakfast buffets in other countries. I would have enjoyed more green salads, pies, sorts of whole-wheat breads, white cheese, goat cheese. ,
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever lived in Marrakech, the only thing It is little bit away from the old city
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very clean bathrooms. Big space in the room and bathroom.
Cons: Not so fast check-in. Out of the four seasons branches around the world, this one doesn't have a wow factor.

Cons: Nothing at all
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything was amazing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Riad Herougui is an absolutely beautiful and charming Riad in the heart of the Medina. Everything about our stay was exceptional, but the one thing that made our stay so special was the impeccable service and personalized attention we received from Ousama and Abdel. They went out of their way to make sure our experience in Marrakech was just perfect. We were a group of six, and all of us were overwhelmed by their hospitality and warmth.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful Riad right in the heart of the Medina, a real oasis! Staff are incredibly nice and helpful, you can also arrange a delicious dinner as well - really is a place you don't want to leave :)
Cons: Getting to the Riad by taxi was very difficult as the streets are very narrow so it's very limited to how far you can get, you need to walk by foot from where the taxi driver drops you off for about 5min and can be a bit challenging with all the luggage - so better do everything by foot and avoid taking luggage that has wheels. To get to the main medina square it's about 15min walk through all the busy roads, so wear comfy shoes!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Calm, quiet, peaceful with the hustle and bustle just outside the main door. The courtyard is nice and cool and extremely beautiful, feels very luxurious and very private as it only had a handful of rooms. We felt like we had our own villa as opposed to staying in a hotel. The downstairs bedroom is right outside the plunge pool, it has no aircon but is cool enough. All other rooms have aircon. For getting around by foot it's a great location, two minutes walk to the souks. The staff could not have been friendlier or helpful. The manager even printed our boarding passes at his home for us as you need paper boarding passes in Morroco.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The whole experience of this particular Riad was amazing, the hotel Manager spent exactly the right amount of time with us, the breakfast was perfect and exactly when we wanted it, the cleaner made up the room beautifully, the guard made me coffee's with an amazing smile.....all was perfect, the hotel Manager said to my daughter (age seven) that this is her palace while she stays in Marrakesh and it totally felt like it, i could not recommend this Riad enough.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the riad, the staff was very helpful. Oussama was a great manager, very attentive to our needs. Amazing breakfast with good selection and also we arranged to have one dinner onsite, which was the best meal of our stay.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The Riad is amazing! Would definitely recommend renting the whole place. Oussama and Beija made our stay perfect. They were always available when we needed something but at the same time gave us our privacy. The breakfast was prepared with love and everything tasted amazing. Oussama manages the riad really well. Would stay here again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful riad, tasteful, traditional decor. Wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. I loved the lavish furniture and huge bed in our suite at Art Hotel Ryad. The restaurant overlooking the medina was a super place to spend the evening watching the crowds and performers.
Cons: Hivernage Secret Suites advised us 2 days before arrival that they had cancelled the non-refundable booking we made 2 months prior, due to technical problems. However they booked us into their other Riad Art Hotel which was the most divine place right by the souk - exotic, gorgeous decor, everything very high quality and quiet too. They also gave us a free transfer from our previous hotel in Hivernage suburb. So it all turned out perfectly.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Well sign posted for taxi driver from airport. Warm welcome, gorgeous mint tea, helpful map & instructions for local sightseeing. Private walled garden & tranquil pool, decor & architecture of this place is very beautiful. Attentive but unobtrusive service. Happy to keep our luggage whilst we did a 2 day trip to Casablanca. Location wise, perfect for us, 15 mins walk to train station, 20 mins walk to Medina/souks, airport, 10 mins in taxi, advice on what to buy, how much to pay. Local Etiquette. We could not have wished for more.
Cons: Leaving..
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We had never been to Marrakech and had no real idea what to expect. Its important in an unfamiliar city to have a good base to stay. We could not have chosen better than this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic and the hotel delightful. We had been delayed and arrived 5 hours late at 10.30 pm, tired and a bit grumpy. When we arrived at the hotel we expected the usual half-hearted greeting from a night porter. How wrong we were! Ayoub opened the doorway (it is a secret garden after all) and invited us into a beautiful oasis of greenery and water. His friendliness was such a welcome relief and without any hesitation he suggested that we might need to eat. We were very grateful indeed but thought we might get a sandwich or salad. No such thing. A full menu was presented to us with a range of Morrocan and European dishes available. At this point appeared Nachat, a smiling, friendly hotel employee who appears to do anything and everything the guests require. Nothing is too much trouble. He dashed to the kitchen and within minutes appeared with a delicious meal. Both he and Ayoub were a great help on our arrival and during our stay. The other staff, too (Ab Del and another Ayoub) were equally charming. They did everything they could to make us feel at home. They all gave really helpful advice and tips about what to see, where to go and what to avoid. They all take pride in their work and the hotel owners should regard themselves as very fortunate to have such staff. The hotel itself is lovely. With only six rooms (all beautifully appointed) it has a genuine feeling of exclusivity without the arrogance of other major hotels. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and had a suntrap balcony. Whilst the hotel does not serve alcohol for those that drink you can buy your own and take a drink in your room. The pool area and garden is a great place to relax. It is 15 minutes walk to both the old and new towns and 15 minutes from the airport. Perfect!
Cons: we liked everything
Good 7.5
Pros: Mr Nachat is awesome.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely boutique hotel in the quarter of Hivernage which is definitely a refugium from the busy life in the medina of Marrakech. The staff, especially Ayoub, is extremely helpful and giving you a lot of useful tips. I was upgraded to the executive suite, which apparently is the biggest one in the hotel. I especially loved the big private balcony.
Cons: Nothing bad to say
Excellent 9.6
Pros: -Best customer experience ever -Swimming pool -Location -Kind staff who accommodate with any needs -The rooms service quality is so high and decoration for honeymoon is excellent
Cons: -Price was a little high -Rooms need sound isolation
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is a very beautiful and peaceful Riad and all the workers are very generous and helpful. They are genuine, so you can accept all their recomendations! A very special thank you to Ayo, Abdul & Nachat

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.
Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is super, right next to the mall and restaurants. Spacious room and the facilities are quite good and not to forget the helpful staff available all the time. This is where I’m staying whenever I’m in Marakech.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is FABTASTIC(new word). The concierge’s that helped me were nice (especially AZIZ). The people at the reception were extremely professional and kind. My sister in-law’s flight was delayed and got into Marakech very late the day I was to check out and she came with my little nephew from London. By the time she arrived, it was already time for us to check out. It didn’t make sense to pay half the price of the room to have a late check out so we decided to talk to the ladies at the reception and guess what? They gave us 2 hours in the room for my sister in-law to quickly change and also clean up my little nephew Aaron. I was to fly out the same day so I kept my bags with them at the lobby and entered Ménara mall to while away time and have lunch before ebb heading out to the airport. I didn’t have to take any taxi or walk for too long be cause Ménara mall shares the same fence with Savoy. Isn’t that great??? Like just entering the bathroom from your your room... Lol...
Cons: The coffee machine in my room didn’t work and the toilet seat cover broke and fell on my legs(room 3214). Like the two bolts holding it together were already gone and they kept it like that. I called room service, they told me someone was coming but they never came. My leg still hurts till now after 1 week of my stay there.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Rien
Cons: The staff is rude, rooms have a horrible view we stayed an hour because the security insulted us for a burger

Pros: The staff were really helpful. The room was comfortable and priced accordingly for its facilities. The café downstairs did room service until midnight.
Cons: Nothing much to complain about!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The friendliness of the whole reception team was excellent. Perfect organization of car rental and Hammam visit
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Nice staff, great value and really helpful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked that the rooms we stayed in, they were very spacious and the staff were very friendly making sure we had what we needed. Our son is disabled and he uses a wheelchair. The hotel has a lift and a ramp .
Cons: They could expand on the choices given on the breakfast menu
Good 7.9
Pros: Very friendly staff, good wi-fi, walkable localisation, nice panoramic restaurant on the rooftop
Cons: poor breakfast, water in swimming pool looked dirty.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: People in the reception were super nice, helpful and polite.. Terrace is a great plus, perfect for sunset views.. And swimming pool i couldn't taste it but it looks tempting :)
Cons: We were a bit unlucky and we have very noisy neighbors on the floor over us, I had to call reception for that, so obviously soundproof is not the best, but if not for that it would be a perfect night .. Girls in the breakfast were not nice and were late with preparations but breakfast itself was ok..
Good 7.5
Pros: Near the city centre, good pasta if you are tired of eating curry flavoured foods!

Pros: Location was brilliant...easy to get around and come back...many attractions near the hotel Restaurants were good all round breakfast was great..nice relaxing hotel
Cons: AC was off no explanation, eventually found out why...apparently they had started there winter season as such no AC. This could have been better explained and honestly they need to manage that better. There suggestion was to leave glass door open which meant birds and bugs flew in to the room constantly. I am not sure that is an ideal solution. The downstairs lobby area and other reception areas were very cool. Incidentally other family members staying in another part of the hotel did not experience this problem.
Good 6.7
Pros: The entrance was beautiful, and great location. The staff is very friendly but unorganized. They lost our luggage upon check-out.
Cons: The hotel is very outdated, very poor qualities. It looked like a 3 star hotel. Dirty and a lot broke The shower was above our bath. Next to the rain shower was a light spot, which is very dangerous. The food from room service was absolutely terrible. Everything we ordered was horrible. The breakfast was also not really 5 star.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Every thing is good
Cons: No thing

Pros: The view was amazing , the location was near to every thing ( supermarket, train station, restaurants ) I like the spa and the girls there was so nice
Cons: Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Really good location in Marakich near to everything and city center, Staff was so nice and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is excellent as the hotel is only three minutes walk from the main train station and located in the upscale neighbourhood of Hivernage where trendy restaurants and coffee shops are. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. the breakfast is mouthwatering thanks to the wide variety of food, beverage and dessert.
Cons: the furniture is old and shows clear signs of wear and tear. The communicating door between the rooms is not sound proof which is frustrating at night when there is a lot of noise. the swimming pool is not heated which makes swimming inconvenient.
Good 7.0
Pros: Rest every thing was ok but in room traffic noise was disturbing.
Cons: Break fast was really good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly staff, good location (20 min to the Medina by foot), really good breakfast! Big, clean and nice rooms.
Cons: Rooms in direction to the street are a bit noisy.
Okay 5.8
Cons: In the morning very noisy. The staff shut the doors in a very bad way. They wake up everybody without respect of the rest of the clients. There is also a noise of engine coming front swimming pole side. Reception staff is friendly that is all. Expensive hotel for the quality given to clients.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool, good breakfast, centrally located in New Town, close to shops, and also not too far from Medina.
Okay 4.8
Pros: People are friendly but the management is terrible!
Cons: When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday, since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!
Okay 5.0
Pros: - bed and pillows were confirtable - location
Cons: Nothing personal, this is what we noticed: - Smell of Food everywhere, even the room - there is no AC , only heater - No drinking water at all ,even in the fridge - Old furniture's and design - Old tawels -If you would like to have an Omelette , you should pay extra - everything in the toilet was nearly Damage - lightning was poor

Cons: THE BREAKFAST WAS UNACCEPTABLE

Cons: Double bed was two singles, toilet needed fixing after first flush, shower flooded bathroom on use, strange smell in room.
Excellent 9.0

Cons: Breakfast was not that great but satisfactory. Could have been better. Location and some staff were not particularly friendly. Over all good experience.

Cons: The room in general
Good 7.5
Pros: Staff we’re very kind
Cons: Rooms arrange
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: A Breakfast was late before leaving for our flight even though it was promised, by staff the night before, to be delivered before we had to leave but it was not delivered and I would expect a refund
Cons: literally everything
Good 6.7
Pros: The location is great, and I guess that is a big plus point.
Cons: The service is ordinary, not of a typical five star hotel, which has been pointed out by other guests as well. Especially, during breakfast some of the servers were clueless, or pretending to be busy, and not attentive. The hotel is close to some bar/night club, not sure what, and there was lot of noise at 2 am-5 am, and the glass doors are not soundproof to keep that noise out. For the price paid, was expecting much more than a simple room.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Big room, OK location
Cons: Spa very average and over priced, food only OK.

Good 6.3
Pros: Only the location is good. I would stay at Movenpick across the road which by comparison is super amazing.
Cons: Boring, dated, basic amenities, Needs updating !!!
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Value of this room was 29€ dirty linen, and peace’s of black plastics under the linen. long black hair all over the bathroom, balcony dirty, carpet dirty, our baby had socks on that became dirty/ brown a after only 2 min. Body lotion in bathroom half full bottle opened. To alert not good cleans after previous guest. empty minibar, receptionist very rude, no smile, one receptionist for 500rooms, she also had to go to bathroom and no guest could do the checkout. Some guest was late to airport because of this. . we had to wait 15 min for her. This was maybe one “ok” hotel in the ‘70’s you can get fooled by pictures and entrance ! Also ordered room service..a salad it was not fresh, really bad quality of products. Breakfast in the morning was poor and not fresh, we decided not to eat.
Cons: We liked nothing about this place. 2 star hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I have stayed here before. Very luxury high end hotel. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was great. On arrival phone never worked in the room and TV remote control did not work. They immediately dealt with. Breakfast was amazing massive choice and staff attentive. As expected with a 5 star hotel the prices for drinks etc were very expensive but worth it for the environment. I would definitely go back.
Cons: Nothing it was great
Good 7.1
Pros: Avoided main restaurant and opted for dinner on terrace which was pleasantly surpriseing and good value.
Cons: The worst breakfast in the world... poor food, terribly executed. Staff are headless chickens with poor leadership. Not enough cutlery for guests, and not even enough coffee cups. Resturant staff need training.
Good 7.0
Pros: I like you guys but the room A/C wasn’t good we have to open the window to be able to sleep was to hot
Cons: No towels on time no A/C in the room 429
