Pros: We had a lovely time the staff were so warm friendly going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was generous portions.
Cons: NA
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is the Incredible dedication of the staff that manages to add value to this very pleasant Riad. We’ve been taken care by Asma, its owner, with everything we asked for: from what we’d like to change in breakfast to what trips should we consider worthy. All with a hearty smile or laugh! It is an oasis of tranquility in an otherwise agitated city. Don’t miss it!
Cons: -
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything excellent!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: An authentic Riad nicely decorated, comfortable beds, NO noise, & delicious food. The outstanding staff, Karim & Rashida, made my stay the best in Morocco. Easy check-in & out, and the pool was terrific (COLD) after walking around all day in 47° heat. To me there’s no other place to stay in Marrakech.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: That is the case when hotel personnel made your trip unforgettable. The manager, Karim is the first-class host: - maximum helpful person, careful and always ready to support 24/7 (info on the city, infrastructure etc) - organized for us a perfect trip to Merzouga and car rental. Has a lot of entrusted people in the team - we felt ourselves definitely special guests. We travel a lot bit this was irregularly great Beautiful riad, tasty and flexible breakfasts, perfect location close to Bacha palace and automobile road
Cons: Difficult to state something here
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Despite all the limitations associated with covid, we were welcomed in this wonderful riyad. it is in this place that you will be heard and helped. here you will find rooms for every taste. here is the most caring staff who thinks first of all about you, not about their own benefit, and that's great. I express my deepest gratitude to this place.
Cons: there is nothing that we would not like. everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is truly beautiful. Karim was very helpful from the second we booked the hotel - he arranged our transfer from the airport and also suggested excursions and day trips for us to check out before we arrived. The rooms are traditional and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We were welcomed with open arms and all the staff are very friendly and honestly cannot do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location - very close to the markets and a very short ride away from a lot of the typical excursions (we did the Quad/Buggy rides). There are many delicious traditional restaurants within walking distance, and we also spent an evening chatting with other people staying at the hotel on the rooftop drinking wine and enjoying the sunset which was lovely. We were unfortunate to spend part of our break very concerned about Coronavirus and whether we would be able to return home as planned, however Karim kept our spirits high and made sure we enjoyed the rest of our stay. We were very lucky to have found such a lovely place to stay - thank you.
Cons: It is impossible to fault this hotel and the staff - very highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Asma, our Host had been very helpfull, sat with us the day we arrived and gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The riad is very cozy, clean and very well situated. The breakfast was amazing. Home made youghurt was excellent and so was pastry and everything else. I appreciated that it was possible to arrange different time for breakfast every day , which helped us lot in our schedulle. Definitely a place to return when visiting Marrakech again. Thank you Asma.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff who manages the Riad is a plus. Rooms are large and confortable bed. Very nice place with rooftop terrace. I would choose again this structure for my future trip.
Cons: Not too easy to find but they had sent me a very clear map I did not eve need Interne to find it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, Ayoub and Ferdi, were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, very close to the souk. The room was also very beautiful! Thank you Ferdi for all the information :) everyone off the staff was very helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was nice but very sweet and a lot of Bread, but that is the traditional way.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, staff, accomodation.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: An oasis in the chaotic medina ( frightening motor bikes and mules and bicycles making walking in the narrow foot paths a hazardous and unpleasant experience, though) The wonderful staff and direction of this attractive address.A very nice rooftop terrace, The luxury of having massage in one's room. The helpfulness of the staff and their flexibility to your requests, in my case special dietary matters for my breakfast
Cons: a bidet, more sound insulation in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, great staff, great accommodation, great communication- perfect!
Cons: Nothing - a fantastic experience!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was amazing! Ferdi and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after us, it really felt like a home away from home. Definitely opt to book a taxi from the airport to the Riad that Ferdi can organise, because Marrakech is a hectic city and doing this makes your arrival really smooth! Despite the hectic environment outside, once you get inside the Riad, its a completely different atmosphere, you are welcomed by relaxing music and calm ambiance. The Riad itself is beautiful, and breakfast was hearty and amazing. Moroccan tea is available for guests throughout your stay, and we would also recommend having dinner at least on one of the nights. The 3 course meal was absolutely fantastic! Location wise, it is a very easy 10-15 minute walk to Koutabia Mosque and the main square. Ferdi explains the logistics beforehand, and gives you a copy of the city map which helps find your way around town. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the hospitality we received was the best! Thank you again Ferdi, Cedric, Simo, Ayoub, Abdeliah, Fatima and Khadija!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and Ferdi was a huge help in trying to navigate the Medina and with providing insight into the local culture & traditions. It very much felt like home and I will definitely stay here when I return to Marrakech. Super friendly, accommodating, tasty dinner and beautiful sun deck, etc.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A hidden gem and a great get away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Clean with attentive and friendly staff.
Cons: Loved this place but if I was being picky then a slightly bigger variety for breakfast, a bit of fruit would be great.

Excellent 10.0
Cons: The welcome and helpfulness of the Riad manager Ousama absolutely made our trip, we could not fault anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location in the heart of the Medina but beautifully peaceful inside. The manager Oussama greeted us warmly and served tea on the roof terrace and gave us a really detailed map which stood us in good stead for the duration of our stay. The breakfasts (also on the roof terrace) were amazing and very generous. Having read some of the other reviews we decided to have dinner in the Riad one night and I am glad we did because it was sensational. Beija (who also does the breakfasts) is an amazing cook, and prepared one of the best tagines I have ever eaten. We had the room on the ground floor which does not have AC, but it didn't need it (at least in March!). Oussama and Beija were perfect hosts and I hope to meet them again!
Cons: One 'gotcha' (which is not a reflection on the Riad itself): The location shown on the map on Booking.com (and many other booking sites) is incorrect, but the location shown on Google Maps is correct.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Excellent food, excellent service, exceeding our expectations!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We received a very warm welcome and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend booking an airport pick up through the riad as we would have struggled to find it otherwise. A beautiful place of tranquility in the heart of Marrakech, just a stones throw from the colourful souks. Would recommend riad herougui.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Osama and the rest of the team were so helpful and friendly and made our stay particularly good. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning sitting on the peaceful roof terrace
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Herougui! We stayed for two nights at the end of a few weeks spent travelling all over Morocco. It was such a treat and the perfect way to finish our holiday. Our room was peaceful with everything we needed and really tastefully decorated. Breakfast was the best of our entire trip- perfect pastries and bread, fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh cheese, honey, conserves, great coffee and mint tea..... we sadly didn't have time to try the dinner in the riad but the smells coming from the kitchen each evening were totally mouth-watering. I hope to be back to sample the full menu next time. Ousamma was very welcoming and helpful when checking us in and out :) We'll be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the riad, the staff was very helpful. Oussama was a great manager, very attentive to our needs. Amazing breakfast with good selection and also we arranged to have one dinner onsite, which was the best meal of our stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful riad, tasteful, traditional decor. Wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The pool was great, although it was getting a bit crowded as the hotel filled up. The room was very good, but pretty standardized. The restaurant - at dinner - was pretty and the food was very good. The best thing was the employees, who were universally great: very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. All in all, it was a very good property but a pretty standardized one - you didn't really feel like you were in a special, Marrakech place.
Cons: The clay tennis court was dismal - one of the worst and most unpredictable surfaces I have ever played (much worst than you expect from clay). The breakfast was mediocre at EUR 35/person - for example, the breakfast at La Mamounia blows it away for just EUR 6/person more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Number one in marrakech ❤️❤️
Cons: Perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellence, top to bottom! You cannot go wrong with Four Seasons, Marrakech. We are grateful for their service, sincerity, and representation of such a special place.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The facilities and resort , staff, service and kids club!
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
On arrival, we were immediately received with a cup of tea. Since it was the beginning of the evening we immediately made use of the restaurant; delicious eaten (try the 'pastilla' if you are in Morocco!). Fantastic nice and small hotel! Ideal for couples who love luxury in a stone's throw from the city. Beautiful luxury rooms located in a nicer garden with design pool. In the new city of Marrakech, you can enjoy delicious food! We have already been 2 times in early November and it certainly was not the last time! Recommended! Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel deserves a lot of praise: attentive, genuinely friendly staff. Spacious, clean, well-designed rooms. Great adult pool and large enough for comfortable reading and relaxing. Spectacular greenery and resort layout. The gyms are also very competent for any workout. At night it is very romantic. The only disappointment was the food which we found rather plain and slightly expensive for what it was at $22 a main. We enjoyed eating out at restaurants in the city a lot more and only ate at the hotel when we too tired. Strongly recommend and would love to return. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The name says it all it’s truly a secret garden. I wish I did not have to disclose the name as I am afraid next time we want to book it will be sold out;). What a treat Hivernage sacred garden and suites was. The feeling we got was living at a friends villa with only six rooms, small and cozy pool and garden we felt very tranquil and well rested. The staff was amazing!! Ayoub and Salah were getting out of their way to cater to all of our complicated asks;). Their recommendations for shopping and food were spot on! Great location if you want to party at Hivernage spots and yet come back and totally relax;)! Would definitely recommend this place and go there again myself!
Cons: Some small details could be fixed like curtains not closing completely because they were not attached to the rod properly, the water not draining fast enough. But these things are easily fixed and did not affect our enjoyment of the place;)!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My stay was amazing in this beautiful villa. I received a stunning suite plus an upgrade because it was my birthday the day before. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. The staff will make sure that no request is left open. Special thanks to Ayoub that made my stay superb. Anybody can present a nice villa and room but what made my stay at the Hivernage unforgettable was the kindness and expertise from Ayoub! He had great tips for excursions, lead me to must see bars and restaurants and would make sure every entrance into the villa started with a warm welcome back.
Cons: i couldnt stay longer
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful indeed, nothing was too much trouble for Ayoub or any of the other staff and they helped plan our time including visiting a lovely Hammam and a camel ride. The location was nice, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast (with fresh squeezed orange juice) everyday. We also enjoyed a couple of hours on the roof terrace resting our legs after lots of walking and relaxing in the afternoon sun.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great experience for very nice hotel in fancy area of Marrakesh! If you looking for a bit of relaxation from busy streets, Medina and want to escape on just chilling near the pool- thats your place. Staff was amazing, they helped us a lot with booking Desert experience for us, stored our luggage for these three days while we were on tour even though we havent stayed next night with them. We had breakfast packed for us since we were leaving very early for Merzouga. Absolutely amazing stay!
Cons: Just one minor thing - prices charged for having coffee at the hotel and two bottles of water that we took from room which i would assume should be complimentary (that is based on our experience from other hotels in Morocco) is way too high. I understand that there is not other place to go so it could be whatever cost but still have 15DMAD for 0.5l of water is way too much.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was perfect
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautifull “Palais” with a very friendly staff. Nearby the Medina and Nightlive. We Will certainly come again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything else was amazing, staff superb polite and respectful. Room amazing and it's small but really nice
Cons: No self access as keys are to remain on site, however the concierge will hold it and return when you get back.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our 5 days at the Movenpick Marrakech were absolutely amazing . The hotel is very big and gorgeous as we wanted. We were so happy to wake up there every morning . The pictures on internet do not show all the beauty of it as we were absolutely WOWed by it when we arrived and saw it in real life. It has got a good location, lovely restaurants, 3 pools and a spa . The service was top class. We felt like celebs. The breakfast was really good, big choice and stuff was helpful. I want to thank Nezha at the reception as she was extremely kind and helpful and upgraded us straight away for a lovely room with a terrace and a nice view for my partner’s 30th birthday. We also received a nice cake to our room for the same reason which was lovely. At the SPA I would like to thank Najia for my most relaxing massage and a great pedicure - she made my time at the spa unforgettable. Also huge thank you to Hind for an amazing Hammam experience.
Cons: Just a minor negative thing I would like to mention is that the pool restaurant stops serving food at 6pm and the only place to eat is the Spanish restaurant which is quite pricey. It would be better if they kept serving at least wood fired pizza in the evening. The rooftop bar/lounge was closed and we didn’t really have anywhere to go for a drink ..
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Luxury hotel Pool Water & fruit in room
Cons: Wifi was bad Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were excellent especially hind The room was immaculate Staff were very courteous Extremely helpful Would recommend
Cons: It was a wonderful experience especially hind and hanane
Excellent 9.0
Pros: BREAKFAST
Cons: the AC is so LOUUUUD!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Laila was an exceptional receptionist helpful, friendly and so so kind she is a role model for hotel employees ! Such a sweet person, she did her best to make it up to us. Breakfast was nice and location was excellent.
Cons: Hanane at the reception tried to give us garden view rooms despite booking Superior rooms with extra large beds with pool view and terrace ,then when we argued with her she said ill give you pool view ,once there we found out that she gave us small and normal rooms facing a building you barely could see the swimming pool with tiny balconies knowing that we paid full rate for a Superior room with pool view and terrace. She probably gave our rooms to someone else thinking that we will never notice. Till now no refund has been made.
Excellent 9.2
I really enjoyed my stay at the Movenpick. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and it does not look tired and in need of redecoration, it seemed quite new and fresh looking. It is also in a great location, within 15 minutes of the airport, Menara Mall and Jemma el Fina. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. I would especially like to mention Nezha, who really went above & beyond to make our stay special and memorable. She is a great example of the staff at the hotel and a credit to the Movenpick. I just got back but I'm looking forward to going back already!
Excellent 9.7

Cons: Everything was perfect but the food after every meal we weren't feeling well. But other then that it was great
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice rooftop terrace and small swimming pool for when it's really hot. Very nice and welcoming staff!
Cons: The bedroom was very hot to sleep in during the night and the AC although worked didn't allow for a very comfortable sleep.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location and the most important thing the high class taste of the owner in the decoration and fulfill of big varieties of books all over the counters in very smart way .
Cons: The air conditioning system wasn't working on 2 rooms I tried. Charging me for a small bottle of water should be available in the room.
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff/resaurant workers
Cons: location is not very convenient. Towels are old. AC is directly blowing on bed.
Good 6.0
Pros: Good room and fair price
Excellent 10.0
Cons: It's a beautiful hotel with great breakfast! The personel is super nice. Totally recommend!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Good value for money. Fast internet. The guy in the reception was very kind.
Cons: Restaurant staff should be more attentive. The batteries of the remote control were dead, and apparently since a long time.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff were very helpful
Cons: Was loud in the mornings as it is near a main road but atleast we didn't have to set the alarms to wake us 😁 WiFi is a tad weak.

Excellent service and breakfast. Beds very comfortable and spacious
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The pool and the breakfast are really good
Cons: The gym need some maintenance
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The pool and the room facilities were nice
Cons: Service was very disappointing. Staff was unattetive and border line rude. Most of the staff had no English and wasn't friendly. The hotel had no shuttle bus service to the airport even thought its only 7 minutes away. The concierge had "kindly" offered to order a taxi for 300MAD, when we rang airport taxi service directly without any barging the price offered was 120MAD. I would like to think that in 5 star hotel staff should do their best to accommodate the guests not take an advantage. Also the drinks were overpriced and did not meet the expectations, however, the food was good.
Good 7.0
Pros: Facilty And location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Concierge teams where so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. Organising everything from quad biking , boarding passes , restaurants , taxis etc etc. Would definitely go back
Cons: Beds where massive , big walk in showers , rooms all tidy, pool was amazing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good hotel .no complaints
Cons: Very expensive to eat and drink
Poor 1.0
Pros: room was nice and clean
Cons: they scammed me. they charged me twice!!! when I checked in it I paid everything using my credit cards. then I checked out august 30 and august 31 they charged me again 2049.11 AED without my credit card and while I already Checked out the day before. I emailed them couple of times but no reply coming from them. you should warn all your guests not to give their cards and make sure that same experience won’t happen to them. it’s disaster !!! I already reported it in my bank and cut my credit cards.

Okay 5.6
We stayed in the Savoy for 3 nights and although it wasn’t all terrible I would not recommend it. The reception and pool are look nice and up to standard but the hotel is opportunistic with their prices that are a little too steep (€5 euro for a coke where you pay €2 at most if you go anywhere else in the neighborhood or city). The rooms are dated and although they are maintained the cleaning crew could do a much better job. Also airconditioning wasn’t working properly and neighboring clubs and lounges can be heard until 05am if you are on the wrong side of the hotel which we where. Locations isn’t great, menara mall and park are close but you will need a 30-40 min walk or cab to get to other places. On leaving we where charged about €18 euro for taxes that where clearly included in the booking but we couldn’t get our credit card deposit released until we paid. All in all this is a big sized 3 star hotel that in its glory days maybe would have been a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.
Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Cons: The rooms need to be refurbished very old bed make noises not comfy bathroom sink was blocked the shower head was not working properly plug hole was blocked Did booking on booking .com when we came to the hotel we had to check in at the opera hotel they gave our rooms for red hotel to much walking the red hotel lobby was so dark no lights on at night very bad experience will not book again will definitely book opera plaza hotel
Excellent 10.0
hotel and staff very good we had room above there night club was not bad at all the rooms could do with a facelift but thats all great food and service down at the poolside bar David 2208
Excellent 9.2
We only stayed here for a couple hours as we had to go to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a taxi. The breakfast buffet was also good enough. It is across the Marrakesh railway station. They have a huge pool too. By the way, this hotel is like a sister hotel to Opera hotel or something.
Excellent 9.6
Was greeted at door. Reception very welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Great balcony . Was really quiet inside considering the busy area outside. Was woken in morning and taxi organized for airport. Only 1 night stay but could fi d no fault.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The city was very friendly Breakfast was delicious the staff was friendly and warm
Good 7.9
Pros: I had multiple experience staying in this facility for one or two nights on my regular visits to Atlas mountain, the staff are kind and friendly compared to other hotels I experienced in Marrakech and it has a premium location just few steps away from the train station
Cons: I suggest to offer choice of pillows considering different styles and keep a drinking water in the room specially when checking in late night where there is no shop opened
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Staff, location, value!
Cons: Gym could have had more up-to date machines
Good 6.3
Pros: Inside Design of the hotel
Cons: I didn't like a bed and bed-cover quality
Okay 5.4
Pros: Only the location was v good in this hotel.
Cons: Mattress was old. Music in the morning in the swimming pool, annoying me. Room service.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is located near Marrakech train station (3 minutes walk only). It is located in Gueliz district, which is the most interesting and lively area of the city. It has been an excellent experience for us ! The hotel has an atypical form. It has a circular shape, reminiscent of the famous Riad of Marrakech. With a small shower of modernity with its decoration. We were 5 people and took two connecting rooms. The rooms are a little big and especially the two had a view of the hotel pool. The breakfast was nice (buffet at will). The restaurant is also interesting and we went there several times. At lunch, it is always empty. But in the evening, it's filled with people. As Marrakech is a very hot city in summer (it was horrible for us!), People are used to going out at night. As a result, the restaurant was convenient for resting at night, especially since it has a facade on its outdoor garden, which allows to enjoy the mild climate at night and to contemplate the avenue. By cons, if you want to go to Jamaa-El-Fna or other famous places, you have to take a taxi which can be expensive! Maybe more choices for the breakfast. And a lower price for the restaurant (2 ¬ for tea), it's expensive compared to other prices that you can find in the city). Except that, I don't have any additional recommendation
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool, good breakfast, centrally located in New Town, close to shops, and also not too far from Medina.
Okay 4.8
Pros: People are friendly but the management is terrible!
Cons: When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday, since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!
Okay 5.4
Pros: The view was amazing , the location was near to every thing ( supermarket, train station, restaurants ) I like the spa and the girls there was so nice
Cons: Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The receptionists are so nice specially Amin , badr and Mustapha also the restaurant chef Nirmine is very friendly
Cons: Room is very clean and swimming pool well maintained .
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing. This hotel must be shut down for a total refurbishment with new management and staff on board. The current conditions are pathetic. Beware of the aggressive old porter at the entrance, when I raised the remark on his behavior i was told that he has medical and family issues which of course should not be an excuse to justify bullying hotel guests.
Cons: Staff lacking manners. Tired smelly rooms. AC & TV not working. Lack of proper lighting. The poor breakfast...cold old items displayed... The overall experience is a total disaster as far as hospitality is concerned. This hotel is to be avoided by all the means as there is no management to attend to your concerns. I wanted to talk to someone in charge for 2 successive days but, he was not there! They simply do not care.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
Cons: The photos taken by the hotel are not what they really are. We stayed in a suite, one of the rooms did not cool air conditioning, there was a lot of noise. It was hard to sleep at night, there was a blood-like mark on a towel, and the sheets felt dirty.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We just stayed for a night near the train station because we weren’t able to catch the last train trip (9pm )to casablanca. -So location for me is perfect, near to train station. Maybe 5-10min walk. -staffs are really nice and friendly, sorry guys i didnt get to have their names. -hotel lobby and entertainment area have nice designs and decors -great breakfast too. Breads, coffee, tea 🥰, i was actually waiting if there was egg, but didn’t came, maybe it came late or so -wifi is fast -quite
Cons: -Lighting was a bit too dark, i hope there was an option for a brighter light to turn on ( but i gues all hotels in Morocco are like this) -The aircon/ air cooling/ AC/ Klimaanlage was leaking in the next morning when we woke up, Maybe we just turned it on too cold that night. Overall it was great. ☺️
Excellent 9.0
Pros: LOVELY❤ AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE, AMAZING RECEPTION, FRIENDLY STAFF, NICE COFFEE..
Cons: NOTHING
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Moroccan design is amazing, rooms are large, swimming pool is especially relevant at the hottest time
Cons: the shower room is so-so, very old bathroom fixtures
