Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews show significant dissatisfaction with service, cleanliness, and management, with many citing long waits at check-in, unprepared or dirty rooms, and poor communication. The pool and amenities are mentioned frequently, with mixed opinions ranging from positive to neutral. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's location and found certain staff members to be friendly and professional, especially at reception. Overall, while the hotel has potential and some positive aspects, it struggles with consistency and guest satisfaction.
