Pros (+) The animation team was excellent particularly the blonde girl (forgot her name) who was extremely good at engaging an audience, was always very nice and friendly to my 81 year old mother, myself and people of all ages. She also played very good table tennis :) Otherwise the meals were very nice and the staff generally very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. My mother loved the garden.
Cons (-) I can't fault the hotel. The only problem was the attitude of some of the elderly German travellers about their sunbeds. One even got angry just because someone wanted to lie on the free sunbed next to her. It must be difficult for the hotel to deal with such awkward guests.
