The pool was frequently mentioned as clean and pleasant, and many appreciated the beautiful views and accessibility to the beach. However, there were consistent complaints about the quality of service, including issues with customer service, check-in delays, and lack of responsiveness from staff. Not terrible, but the service is nothing special. This hotel is showing its age. There were several things in our room that were broken or missing. On the plus side, our room was very quiet which seems to be a quality that is hard to find in this area of Mazatlan.
