Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful location, stunning views, and tranquil atmosphere. The restaurant and food quality receive high marks, with several guests noting the freshness and tastiness of the meals. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unprofessional management, impersonal or unfriendly staff, and slow or inconsistent service. Cleanliness and maintenance are also concerns for some, particularly regarding insects and bathroom upkeep. Overall, while the setting and amenities are highly regarded, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
