Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and attractions. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems. While some found the beds comfortable and the breakfast decent, others were disappointed by uncomfortable beds and poor breakfast quality. Service at the front desk was highlighted as a positive, with staff often going out of their way to assist guests. Overall, the hotel’s location and welcoming service stood out, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
