Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the Haram and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service quality, cleanliness, and value for money, with several guests noting outdated furniture, insufficient amenities, and maintenance concerns. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and value for price.
