Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location near the Haram, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the parking situation, citing high fees, lack of availability, and misleading information about parking being free. Several guests also found the room sizes to be smaller than expected, sometimes making it uncomfortable for movement or prayer. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding cleanliness, staff service, and proximity to key sites.
