Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff and a spacious room.
The TV didn’t work. A member of staff soon arrived after I advised guest services and he had to replace an electronic box to get the TV to work. The bedside lamp switch also wasn’t working properly and during the entire night I would turn the light off, only for it to come back on at some stage and flicker. Sometimes it would be a soft flicker, sometimes it would be a bright flicker. Sometimes it would come back on quickly, sometimes it would come back on again after a while. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep.
Lovely property, big rooms and nice amenities. Location was the highlight. Walking distance to all the great restaurants/bars in the CBD.
Our room lights kept coming on a time every 30 minutes from midnight & I didn’t know how to turn them off the timer & I had no staff or reception to call because no staff were on duty. I also didn’t think it should cost $60 valet parking during coronavirus times when no restaurants, no room service or no amenities were open.
Spacious room (big) bathroom was amazing
We got the deluxe king with external view and was told that it had a Juliet balcony but it didn’t ! We also got told that all rooms were soundproof again it wasn’t ! The price for the room was not worth it at all as we go to city and stay at different hotels this was by far our worse ! On booking.com it was $605 but we get there and pay and it was $705 I asked about it and he said I would get $50 back still confused I accepted and went along about my stay !
The rooms are fitted out well, with nice views, really great location.
We visited during covid 19 so we’re unable to use the hotels facilities, the room was nice but the hotel could have offered something extra for guests to add to the in room experience.
