Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and many appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, which often included kitchen amenities. The location was considered convenient by several reviewers, and some guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, stained carpets, pests, and maintenance issues. Safety and security were also mentioned as areas needing improvement. Overall, while the staff and room size were highlights, cleanliness and upkeep detracted from the experience.
