Pros (+) The price and mostly friendly staff
Cons (-) We ended up with a full bed complained and was told the computer says it’s a queen so there is nothing I could do. Only got one role of toilet paper for my whole stay and had to wash my own towels

Pros (+) Didn't expect the 4 Seasons but this place doesn't provide any dishes or stuff to cook with, so we had to purchase these items which was hard when on a strict budget. Also, cleaning staff never came by on our "cleaning day" even to empty trash.

Cons (-) The first thing we noticed was the hotel was ordinary. The beds were done but was getting a feeling of not much cleanliness. There was no hot water. On complaining to the attendant at front desk, all we got was "yes we know there is a water problem in the area". How does that even relate to water being hot? There was only one towel. We were 3 friends in that room so ideally they should be giving 3...
