Pros (+) The best part about this hotel was that it was really close to the Foro Sol. The staff was friendly they have a kitchen that is open 24hrs a day. It was clean and the bed was comftable
Cons (-) I really didn’t have any negative to say about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town

Pros (+) they resolved my reservation after one hour after telling me they could not find my reservation and accommodate me for my two night stay
Cons (-) I booked a reservation through kayak confirmed and when I get to the hotel they could not find my reservation even when I showed them the email they couldn't find it . I never had a problem like this before and don't know who's fault it was but the hotel still felt guilty for leaving me stranded for an hour in the lobby and accommodate me anyways.
