Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The breakfast received positive mentions for quality and variety. However, several guests were disappointed by the noise levels, especially due to thin walls and construction, and found the room sizes smaller than expected. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests commending the staff's attentiveness while others reported slow or unresponsive service. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and good breakfast, but improvements in noise insulation, room size, and service consistency are needed.

Pros (+) The hotel’s location is very good. The facilities very nice, and overall, the customer service was AMAZING. All very nice, attentive, and efficient. I have traveled a lot and cam say this is the best customer service ever. Will definitely visit again.
Cons (-) The onlu complain would be the the pool and service at the beach closes at 6 pm, which is still very early.

Pros (+) The was excellent, especially the pool staff, Joe was excellent. Check in was a breeze and we were upgraded to a king suite. The location is great and quiet/peaceful.
Cons (-) Was charged for two luxury beach chairs when we had two local friends join us for about and hour at the beach. The hotel could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the pools and common areas. Small details matter and considering the size of the hotel it would not be difficult to keep spotless.
