Pros (+) The hotel’s location is very good. The facilities very nice, and overall, the customer service was AMAZING. All very nice, attentive, and efficient. I have traveled a lot and cam say this is the best customer service ever. Will definitely visit again.
Cons (-) The onlu complain would be the the pool and service at the beach closes at 6 pm, which is still very early.

Pros (+) The was excellent, especially the pool staff, Joe was excellent. Check in was a breeze and we were upgraded to a king suite. The location is great and quiet/peaceful.
Cons (-) Was charged for two luxury beach chairs when we had two local friends join us for about and hour at the beach. The hotel could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the pools and common areas. Small details matter and considering the size of the hotel it would not be difficult to keep spotless.
