Pros (+) *Location Very close to Wynwood, Biscayne Bay, close to Venetian Causeway which is a beautiful scenic route to Miami Beach. Free Parking (Miami Beach has tons of overpriced meters and residential permit parking) Clean floors and walls (no bed bugs, etc) Free late checkout!
Cons (-) Looks like a $40 hotel with drug addicts and street walkers that has been painted over. The paint/mold/humidity can not possibly be safe to breathe so leave the doors open like we did. Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) The beds were horrible like springy mush. The place smells like nasty moisture. The man in the office had a horrible attitude with my husband and made us drive to an ATM at 1 AM to get cash for the deposit that was not mentioned in the reservation. The towels were rough. I banged my thigh into the metal bed which gave me a huge bruise.
