Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative about cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, stained furniture, foul odors, and poor maintenance. Several guests also report issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, being turned away despite reservations, and feeling unsafe. While a few guests mention the hotel's convenient location and value, these positives are overshadowed by complaints about false advertising for amenities like breakfast and the pool, as well as general neglect of the property. Overall, the hotel fails to meet basic expectations for cleanliness and service.
