Pros (+) Staff was very nice and helpful. Always prompt on any call or request. Big bonus! The full spread hot breakfast was also a nice bonus!!
Cons (-) But the friendly staff didn't completely make up for the bizarre room layout and uncomfortable issues. Toilet wobbled when you sat down. And you practically had to climb in it to close the shower/toilet room) door. Thr jacuzzi was in this weird alcove room that ran the length of the room and had windows to the outside (first floor room) and to boot, the jacuzzi wouldn't bubble.

Cons (-) The tv didn't work, and after requests for getting it fixed every single day the problem was never resolved, ended up moving me to different room only after I requested. Room wasn't well cleaned-I found a woman's shoe in the room that wasn't mine on my second day, and there were the same dead bugs in the bathroom the whole stay. Bathroom sink was clogged. Not even bananas for continental breakfast...
