Pros (+) Great stay!! Very comfortable rooms in a great location. Within walking distance of the central train station and all the best sites. Our bed had a temper-pedic mattress pad, best sleep I've had in a long time. Great value for the money.

Pros (+) Very friendly and polite front desk staff, really felt welcomed! Location easy to get to large Metro stop and not too far walking. Our room had a lovely large private terrace with chairs and table, really extended the living space to outdoors. Great blackout curtains on the windows so helped with sleeping adjustment after international travel.
Cons (-) Wifi worked, but somewhat slow, not ideal for business travelers. Room overlooked a street that had some city noise at night, but this is not uncommon in Milan city location, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or ask for room not overlooking street and forgo the porch.
