Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near transport and attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small and some mentioned cleanliness issues or a need for renovation. While the service and access to the city were highlights, several guests felt the property did not match its advertised photos or four-star rating.

Very good
Kevin, Jan 2017
Pros (+) Very beautiful rooms, easy check-in and almost all staff were quite helpful. Very great cleaning staff.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not included, which is a bit strange for an Italian hotel. Not very happy with that. One front desk employee was a bit rude to my girlfriend - but the other two made up for it by being beyond helpful and charming.
