Everything was good, but Its uncomfortable to take and wait a shuttle to parking 3, it’s not a close to airport. Secondly, unpredictable point that I have to extra pay for use this car in neighborhood countries such a Switzerland and France. the car was excellent, but the batteries in the key fob did not work. had to open the door mechanically
Although it states the Ecovia desk is inside the terminal - it is infact adjacent to the terminal (about 100m walk) along with many of the other hire car companies (the airport could sign this better as many travellers were finding difficulty in finding the car hire desks0. Only 2 or 3 companies were actually IN the terminal - the other 20+ were adjacent. Finding the car in the dark was challenging - the Ecovia cars were parked at the far end of the car park (which wasn't properly explained) - and there was no guidance on how or where to return the car.
This was a fraudulent business. It is no longer in business so we did not have a car

We were charged an extra $130.00 for an international drivers license we didn’t need. They have you at the counter so at that point you have no option. Upon further research and asking at another car rental place - we got ripped off. They told us if police stopped us they would take our car on the spot without that license. Not true.
I recently booked a reservation through Kayak for a vehicle rental, and I had to purchase insurance coverage online through Kayak Open Arrival at the time of booking. Upon arrival, I was informed that the insurance purchased through Kayak was not accepted, and I was required to pay an additional $99 to proceed with the rental. This came as a surprise to me, as I was under the impression that the insurance coverage I purchased would be valid for the rental. Additionally, I would have appreciated clarification on why the additional $99 charge was necessary and what it covers. Furthermore, I was informed about a $500 deposit requirement, which was not mentioned during the booking process. I would appreciate clarification on this matter as well. I have not received my deposit.
