Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and convenient access to attractions and transport. Many appreciated the breakfast, describing it as enjoyable and sometimes exceptional. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, such as unresponsive or unfriendly staff and delays in addressing problems. Cleanliness and maintenance were also concerns, with mentions of dirty carpets, outdated rooms, and inconsistent housekeeping. Some guests found the rooms small or poorly maintained, and there were complaints about unclear or expensive parking. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room quality.
