Front staff were most welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping staff seemed to be subpar. And breakfast on Monday was a bit sparse. We were told they ran out of items over the weekend.

Yeesh, this place- save your money and go elsewhere. Honestly, we booked this hotel based on the pool/hot tub situation because my kids love to swim. However, it was not worth it.
