Pros (+) Friendly staff, simple job fuss check in. Handy parking. Nice clean room and bathroom. Great location, short stroll to Duomo and piazzas.
Cons (-) Some visitors have mentioned slightly tired look, which is correct for the main hotel areas, but the room itself wasn't tired, it and bathroom were very clean and tidy and up to date.
