Cons (-) I am allergic to feathers so feather pillows are a no go for me. This property did not have a single polyester or cotton filled pillow so I had to go across the street to buy my own at Walmart. First time for everything I guess. Management was less than useless in solving the situation. They promised to take half off the rate but that never materialized. The hotel looked run down and smelled musty...

Pros (+) The price seemed right, but... and the front desk clerks were nice.
Cons (-) The property was a bad patch job of its former self (changed names over the years). Needs a complete renovation. Building security doors don't work. Carpets are stained. AC unit was loud and rattling. Service requests made by us through, the front desk, were not responded to. The bed seemed old and soft. There is much more.

Pros (+) Our family was just passing through on our way to Disneyland, it was my husband and I with our two year old. We had a nice big room and was able to have breakfast in the morning. We checked in really late but they didn't mind at all. The receptionist was very polite and asked if we need anything. It was a wonderful stay, and truthfully would ask for this hotel again when we go back!
