Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious rooms, convenient location near stores and highways, and found the value for price to be decent. However, many reviews mentioned poor cleanliness, with issues such as dirty carpets, presence of pests, and lack of housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with complaints about unhelpful or rude staff, unresolved maintenance issues, and problems with refunds or deposits. Overall, while some guests enjoyed the room size and location, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.

Management was less than useless in solving the situation. They promised to take half off the rate but that never materialized. The hotel looked run down and smelled musty...

Pros (+) The price seemed right, but... and the front desk clerks were nice.
Cons (-) The property was a bad patch job of its former self (changed names over the years). Needs a complete renovation. Building security doors don't work. Carpets are stained. AC unit was loud and rattling. Service requests made by us through, the front desk, were not responded to. The bed seemed old and soft. There is much more.
