Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast and convenient location, with several highlighting comfortable rooms and attentive staff. However, many express disappointment with the service, citing issues such as poor management, slow or unhelpful responses, and extra charges for amenities like the pool and spa. Complaints also include small or outdated rooms and dissatisfaction with the spa and pool facilities, which often require additional payment or are not as advertised. Overall, while some guests had excellent experiences, others felt the hotel did not meet 5-star expectations.
