Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests highlighting exceptional service experiences. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews noting clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the breakfast, citing limited variety and value, and others mention issues with bed comfort, such as uncomfortable mattresses or inadequate bedding. Overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness outweigh the negatives.
