Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and convenient access to city attractions, public transport, and nearby amenities. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, including rude or unhelpful staff and communication issues. Many guests find the rooms to be small, outdated, or lacking in comfort, with several also mentioning problems with cleanliness such as unclean bathrooms and leftover items from previous guests. Bed comfort is another concern, with multiple reviews citing uncomfortable or small beds. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, the hotel falls short in service, room size, cleanliness, and bed comfort.
