Cons (-) Hot water pressure was almost non existent-- in shower, bath, and sink. Staff was ready to help; however, I didn't notice this until late at night on my one night stay. Wouldn't normally be a huge deal but the luxurious bathroom is what made me choose this hotel over two other similar contenders. Additionally, HBO was the only channel that didn't work.
