Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near attractions and public transport, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, particularly highlighting individual employees. The pool and gym facilities were popular, especially for families. Some guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, several reviews noted that the hotel and rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment, with occasional complaints about cleanliness, noise, and value for price. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and amenities stood out for many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
