Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms. The location was found to be convenient, especially with easy access to public transport. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the lack of air conditioning during hot weather, and some found the rooms to be small or noisy, particularly those facing the main road.
