Pros (+) Clean, comfortable, and close to everything.
Cons (-) They didn't change the bedsheets or clean the room (vacuum, dust, clean counters, mop floor, etc) when we requested maid service. They did give us clean towels. The wallboards were sticky with black fingerprints, the carpet was dirty and the walls had dust on them. The heater was SO loud and the tempature wasn't accurate so we were cold each night. Pros (+) We stayed in July and were very pleased that the staff accommodated our request for a room with a view of the harbor. We enjoyed the fresh breeze through the open windows (even left them open at night). The electric fireplace heaters were a nice touch and worked well to take the chill off the evening air. Cons (-) The continental breakfast is very minimal at the Inn, but there is a great Sun & Buns Bakery on Embarcadero with delicious pastries, breakfast burritos, and coffee drinks close by!
