Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location, especially for exploring the area or visiting Burg Eltz. Many found the breakfast to be adequate, though not outstanding, and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. However, several reviews noted that the hotel is quite dated and in need of renovation, with some facilities lacking or not functioning optimally. Value for money was a common concern, with some guests finding the price too high for the offered amenities. Limited dining options and cash-only payment were also mentioned as drawbacks.
