Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's very central location, close to the train station and city center, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, many reviews mention significant noise issues, especially at night, and the lack of an elevator, which makes access difficult for some guests. Service is generally described as neutral, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also complaints about reception being in another building and limited on-site support. Cleanliness receives positive remarks, but noise and elevator issues are frequent drawbacks.
