Cleanliness. There was a lizard in my room. They were not able to catch it. The rooms were otherwise also not very well maintained. The furnitures were not properly cleaned.

Pros (+) The service was excellent, the decor was luxurious. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The property was great and felt like a 10 star luxury hotel. The courtyards in North America are NO WHERE near this luxurious.
