Pros:
Big car, room for all of us and luggage.Cons:
White van with giant red block letters spelling Avis on the side. Interior not finished, steel and plastic, no fabric on any surfaces.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Was not able to rent the car due to the limited methods of payments and lack of flexibility. My card from deutsche bank was not accepted by their company for some reason and I offered them even to pay in cash. However the representative rejected. They were not able to offer any alternatives. As a result they runied our holidays and plans.Cons:
Everything basically from avis, the person representing the company at central station. Rejected to even try alternative cards and said it was not accepted. In addition to that they do not offer alternatives to solve the case.Europcar

Cons:
At first, the price was higher then the one stated by Kayak. Secondly, the insurance bought on Kayak is not valid for the rental. The rental guy said, that in case of any damage - I would pay the whole amount.Budget

the staff was ok.Cons:
the drop off in Venice is nearly impossible to find. there are no signs or indications to find the stand that is inside a parking lot. we lost one and a half hours to find it and had to ask 8 different people.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Address on reservation didn’t match the actual location of drop off. Drop off was located almost three blocks in a different area and was extremely difficult to find as it’s all located around a very busy city and train station. We also didn’t have cell service so we couldn’t just look up a different address.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
When I picked up the luxury car, the vehicle had more damage on it than what was listed on the contract. When I tried to get them to document the additional damages, they refused and basically told me to "go away". Horrible customer service.Thrifty
