Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness is also highlighted, with several reviews noting tidy rooms and daily housekeeping.
