Cons (-) The room! Room number 114 was horrible… TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Room had a Bad smell, so bad my husband couldn’t sleep. The room apparently had water damage, as there is what we thought to be a water line wrapped the wall. Pros (+) Room was fine the problem was not with Marriott the problem is KAYAK
Cons (-) KAYAK failed advise the hotel I was getting a room and I had wait over 2 hours to get in our room it was minutes before midnight and still was charged the full rate. This is the last time I will ever book a hotel through KAYAK
