Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the quality and variety of the onsen baths, describing them as relaxing, clean, and enjoyable, with some mentioning unique features like tea soaks and different bath types. The breakfast and dinner received high marks for taste and quantity, and several guests appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of their rooms. However, many noted the dated facilities, occasional cleanliness issues, and inconsistent service, with some staff interactions described as unfriendly or indifferent. Accessibility was a concern due to stairs and location, and some amenities like wifi and TV were lacking. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive for those prioritizing the bathing and dining experiences.
