Pros (+) The personnel were very helpful and also went out of their way to make everything right. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the junior suites are quite large by Japanese hotel standards, and well appointed. Efficient A/C with room controls is welcomed in the Japanese humid summers, and included breakfast is varied and high quality along with the serving staff.
Cons (-) I ONLY have two slight negatives. One is that the location isn't ideal for those using public transport.
