Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, highlighting its variety and local specialties. The amenities, especially the large and relaxing onsen, were a standout feature for many. The location was considered convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. While service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as unfriendly, others were noted as helpful and kind. Room size was a common complaint, with several guests finding the rooms small or cramped, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
