The hotel is going through renovations. The upgraded sections looked beautiful. Unfortunately, we were in the old section. A little dark, but roomy and what you might expect from an Embassy Suite circa 2000. Biggest issue is that the section we were in is disconnected from the hotel and you have to walk through the parking lot/dusty construction areas to get to the front of the hotel. I’m sure the...

Pros (+) Location and included breakfast and happy hour.
Cons (-) No individual AC units per room. Meaning the AC is the same temperature throughout the whole facility. Our room was a sauna and we had the worst sleep ever. We complained and were given a fan, but all that did was blow the hot air around.

Pros (+) Much nicer than any other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. Sevice was great. We had booked two double beds and when they didn't have that available, they resolved it by giving us two rooms.

Pros (+) The facility was beautiful, much more than I expected. The cook to order breakfast was a bonus.
Cons (-) Room appeared clean at first glance, but I dropped something between the couch and needed to move it. The floor had a layer of dirt and there was food, clothing and all sorts of other stuff. The pull out bed and extra blanket in the closet were both soiled.

Pros (+) Great place to stay! Stayed in a suite and the room was clean and large. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. Facilities were great, loved the pools and swans!
Cons (-) Happy hour left something to be desired, but I can't complain about free alcohol and snacks. Parking was limited also but was never an issue
