Pros (+) Overall the stay was fine except for the loud cleaning staff. When cleaning a room they would allow the door to slam close anytime they would walk in or out. This happened all afternoon by multiple staff in every room. I suggest investing in a doorstop for each person to use to prop open the door of the room they're cleaning so the doors won't need to be open/closed multiple times.
Pros (+) Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) We were in a non smoking floor of the hotel, yet there were several smokers on the floor. We had to pass them every time we went to the elevator.
Pros (+) The hotel was an older Hampton Inn, but it was clean. The TV is on the smaller side, but acceptable. My wife and I checked in and went to the room. It was nice and clean, we watched a little TV and enjoyed the room until it was time for bed. The next morning, the breakfast was mediocre.
Cons (-) The bed in our room was horrible. The mattress was old, very thin and not comfortable at all. While my wife tried to sleep in the bed, I couldn't. I ended up sleeping sitting up on the sofa. I have never experienced a bad night in a Hampton Inn like I did in this hotel.
