Cons: The shower pressure was really low. Had a hard time rinsing out my hair. And walls are thin, but nothing a little sound machine on my phone couldn't take care of. But would have been more annoying, had we been staying more then one quick night.

Pros: location, clean, friendly staff, all were good. the pool and hot tub must've been fun because they were packed so much that I didn't get a chance to try them out.
Cons: They ran out of breakfast quickly, after missing 3 batches of scrambled eggs and finding no plain bagels left, I went backup to my room with coffee that I had to tell them to refill. I know it was a holiday, but they could've been prepared for a holiday.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk mgr was very friendly and fun. Room was clean, nice comfy bed.
Cons: All was good.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were in a non smoking floor of the hotel, yet there were several smokers on the floor. We had to pass them every time we went to the elevator.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Overall the stay was fine except for the loud cleaning staff. When cleaning a room they would allow the door to slam close anytime they would walk in or out. This happened all afternoon by multiple staff in every room. I suggest investing in a doorstop for each person to use to prop open the door of the room they're cleaning so the doors won't need to be open/closed multiple times.
6.8 Good
Pros: The hotel was an older Hampton Inn, but it was clean. The TV is on the smaller side, but acceptable. My wife and I checked in and went to the room. It was nice and clean, we watched a little TV and enjoyed the room until it was time for bed. The next morning, the breakfast was mediocre.
Cons: The bed in our room was horrible. The mattress was old, very thin and not comfortable at all. While my wife tried to sleep in the bed, I couldn't. I ended up sleeping sitting up on the sofa. I have never experienced a bad night in a Hampton Inn like I did in this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice, free breakfast was good, location great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: When I checked in the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rating for the hotel that I saw was 3 out of 5 stars so I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for my taste but the pillows and blankets made up for it.

Cons: The breakfast. The waffles taste like they added something to the batter or spoiled. Took one bite and almost vomited. The sausage taste like frozen patties from a box. Eggs were terrible. Orange juice and apple juice taste like it had no flavor. If you are going to this hotel, make sure it's not for the complimentary breakfast.
5.7 OK
Pros: Breakfast was good for this type Hotel.
Cons: Room did NOT match the pix on their website! It was like stepping back in to 1986, except they did have a granite countertop on the vanity. It is possible I got an old room. maybe some are updated, I'd ask when checking in! Worst was the broken arm on the Walmart quality desk chair, the gas lift strut was broken too, so sitting at my computer I was like a kid at the table, way low! Also had about 1/2" of foam left in the seat. Miserable and inexcusable!

5.7 OK
Pros: The breakfast was good (free!) and I liked the selection. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, especially free WiFi. The staff was very nice and helpful! Great for those on a budget.
Cons: I was excited about the fitness center, but disappointed to find that it only consisted of a treadmill and exercise bike. The bike was broken and the treadmill's belt slipped so I couldn't run very fast because it was scary. Plus, I think the air conditioner was broken in that room so it was very uncomfortable to run. The air conditioner in our room worked great, but was very loud and woke us up a few times throughout the night. The location was tricky to find, and pretty far out from the city. Otherwise, it was a fine quick stay for business and I liked the price.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a great variety.
Cons: There weren't refrigerators in the rooms, we later found out the day we were checking out you can request one but it was too late. It seemed weird there wasn't one already in each room. We had 3 rooms and one of them was really musty smelling.

Cons: Kitchenette had no pots pans, coffee maker, ice etc. After the fact, - - the front desk advised me it was available for the asking. Coffee in lobby available 6 AM to 10 AM Only Worst!!! The toilet was clogged upon check-in and when I called for maintenance the front desk told me to come down and they would give ME a plunger. When I picked up the plunger, having no other choice, the staff at the front desk discussed with each other there should have been a plunger in every room. I asked where it would be and did every room have a plunger? They responded with YES, every room was equipped with a plunger. When I returned with a plunger given to me by front desk staff, I discovered another plunger hidden under the sink. I wonder how maintenance is handled for other problems?

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Noting
Cons: No shampoo or lotion, soap as the size of small Hershey chocolate piece, no power outlets at desk.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: The free high-speed internet is actually free and high speed. All you have to do for access is call the front desk and they give you the password. From my room I could also see five routers, so every room has a good connection.
Cons: The guy who checked in before me came back in because he was given a room that was occupied. When you sign in at the front desk they take your name, photocopy your drivers license, and have you write down your car's licence plate so they know who you are, a fairly standard practice, but handwritten at the bottom they also have "No guests, No visitors" I'm in town to visit friends and hang out, and they want us to tell my friends "Hey you can't come over to my hotel before we do anything, you're not allowed to be here." So my friend parked across the street to avoid getting towed. The trip was planned earlier that day, and I didn't care where I stayed. Apparently I should have. One of the first things we noticed when we got in our room was a sticker on the side of the television. It was a price sticker from Goodwill for $2.00. There was mouse poop in the side table where the bible is at. The bathroom was covered in hair and the drain for the shower was.... questionably functional, and missing a cover. The desk and TV stand are very old and half their handles have broken off. We're also not sure if there was a hidden camera on the front of the TV either, and spent about an hour trying to figure out if the little black bubble on the front of the TV was to receive the remote inputs for the cable box or if it was a tiny camera recording us. The room has very oddly placed power outlets. There's one behind the bed, one on the floor by the AC//Heating unit, and two in the far corner by the sink. I tried to plug my computer into one of the corner outlets and it blew the fuse. There weren't very many other people staying here, even for a Friday. Which is very fortunate considering how loud it is when someone else flushes their toilet. It doesn't seem to matter what room the other person is in, the sound just comes through and fills the whole room with overpowering noise. And despite how hard the water struggles to get through the pipes, the toilets still don't flush that well. The only thing I brought up when I was checking out was the mouse poop in the side table. The guy at the counter wasn't shocked, didn't care and all he said was "Okay." Nothing about getting it taken care of, nothing about them being so sorry that our room had rodent faeces in it. Nothing. The whole experience made me feel uneasy, especially the fact that our room may well have been bugged. I've been checking my account since I left just in case they try to charge me extra for something. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to claim that I damaged something so they can charge my card again. I would have checked my balance to make sure they didn't already charge me more while I was there, but based on how sleazy the whole place felt to me at that point I wasn't sure they weren't giving the free Wifi so they can monitor web traffic. TL-DR: You're probably being watched, mouse poop, no friends allowed.over, bad utilities, broken furniture, might have roommates.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: The clerk at the desk was very polite and gave me a 20% discount on my room after we showed her pictures of our room. I felt it should have been more but that was her offer.
Cons: The room was rundown and outdated. It was filthy, the bedspread when we pulled it back was moldy and gross. We had hand towels only to dry off with. Just not a pleasant stay. We would have went elsewhere but it was late when we checked in so just slept with sheets on and left early. Would NOT recommend this place.
