Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The breakfast is frequently described as good, with some guests highlighting the variety and quality, though a few mention limited options or service issues. Room size and comfort are appreciated, with several reviews noting spacious, well-furnished accommodations. However, the elevator system is a common source of frustration, as it requires coins to operate and is not always convenient, especially for those with mobility needs. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and friendly, while others mention difficulties with check-in, lack of staff presence, or impersonal service.
