Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable, and like other airport hotels in Tokyo, was capable of being completely blacked out with sliding shutters.
Cons (-) I paid for a room that included breakfast for a day stay on a 13.5 hour layover, but breakfast stopped at 930. I arrived at 10. The restaurant wasn't even open, so I had to eat food from the lobby convenience store, which was only okay. Since this hotel offers day stays for such travelers, they should have better hours for the restaurant, or not charge people for meals they can't eat. My room was ...

Pros (+) This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at in Japan (we went to Hokkaido for tourism) and it included a free airport shuttle, breakfast, and lots of toiletries — even a razor — which we really needed. Great value for the price.

Pros (+) Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was good size and the bed was very comfortable. We missed the airport shuttle but a couple of mins so they gave us a complementary taxi voucher. This hotel is the best value for money on our 1 month travels!

Pros (+) Close to airport, free shuttle to and from airport, narita station and shopping mall.. Which all other hotels around the airport offer for free as well.
Cons (-) Arrived at 12 pm front desk lady tried to get me to pay 700 yen per hour and check early, all I wanted to do was to leave my bags and go out to eat. Hotel is our dated, not Japanese cleaning quality at all. Room was too small, tv is micro screen smaller than your pc monitor!!
