Beds were comfortable, staff were quite friendly. Hotel is badly in need of a touch-up, carpet in hallways and elevators were stained and ripped, carpet in room was a little sticky but looked clean. Hotel was overall pleasant but a little rundown.

Pros (+) Close to airport, 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville; rooms are clean, bed comfortable, shower excellent. Free breakfast is well-stocked with good choices. HIXpress is consistent at every location I've ever been, always a solid choice with very reasonable rates.
