The lobby and restaurant were very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room itself was older and smelled like smoke. The first time I turned on the water for the sink, it got clogged and it was disgusting.

Overall, guests praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean, spacious rooms. The pool and bar areas were also appreciated, and many found the beds comfortable. However, some guests noted issues with outdated facilities, long walks to amenities, construction, and occasional service lapses. Was a bit run down. Location is good.
Pros (+) Bed super comfy and felt Covid safe
Cons (-) Wish I would’ve known there was a $50 fee for bringing dog also a parking fee.
Pros (+) clean and easy to get too
Cons (-) Staff very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay immensely and we will be back!
Pros (+) Comfortable, nice tv, great staff
Cons (-) Toilet didn't work. No heat Low water pressure
Pros (+) Not much
Cons (-) Let’s see, Rude staff Terrible bar Uncomfortable bed And the worst of it all, dirty bedding. Told the manager and she did not care. Go to Opryland for a few dollars more and get treated like royalty.
Pros (+) Great facilities, they gave my wife and I a free drink and appetizer from the bar!
Cons (-) The only bad thing was the remodel. The staff was upfront about the work though.
Pros (+) Checked in later than 3, of course with no issues. Was upgraded when checking in, was never told why. But the room Was fantastic and soft beds are always lovely. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros (+) Liked how it is always quiet and the location to airport is the big reason we like it.
Cons (-) Only major complaint was the bed was shot. Felt like the middle had fallen out but if that was the worst then I'll survive :)
