Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location near the Houston Space Center and convenient access to nearby attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, including reports of cockroaches, unpleasant odors, and general lack of upkeep. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report rudeness or indifference. The breakfast offering is widely criticized as inadequate, and several amenities such as elevators and ice machines are frequently mentioned as non-functional or lacking. Overall, while the location is a major positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and breakfast quality.
