Pros (+) if you have to stay at this hotel, request a room with a view of the church. Also, the hotel was clean and had nice shampoo.
Cons (-) In the 2 weeks that we spent traveling throughout NZ, we have had wonderful accommodations with the Rutherford being the exception. This hotel does not belong in the luxury category, although by the decor and age of the bedspread (yes, I said bedspread) and bed linens perhaps it once was.
